It will depend on the services that you wish to contract from Clari Campa Design. We can offer a full service design contract, wherein we source the furnishings and decorative elements. Or, provide design development services, leaving the client to select their on furnishings and other elements. The pricing structure will vary based on client’s preferences.

No. Clari Campa Design will offer an FF&E and Décor Package Fee. This is a nominal fee offsets the administrative burden of sourcing, coordinating style, ordering tracking and coordinating delivery of purchases, and in certain instances, field returns or exchanges of damaged goods, during the contract service period.

Clari Campa Design offers two types of services. Either a full-service design contract that includes project management fees, or a Phase-by-Phase Contract. Should the client elect to pay for design services on a Phase-by-Phase structure, then a separate project management fee will be a Phase of its own.

Often when redesigning your entire space, the existing furniture will no longer fit in with the design scheme. However, if you insist on using it, the savings will be inherent in the fact that you will not be purchasing new furniture.

Clari Campa Design endeavors to illustrate to the client how items will look in their destined space and use and obtain client’s consent to move forward with the purchase, with the understanding that return policies vary by vendor, and in some cases, there may be shipping and restocking fees, as well as additional administrative fees for handling the return of the item.

The client should commit to setting aside the necessary funds for the completion of the project and payment of the Design Contract. With advance notice, certain projects may be paused for a period while the client recovers funds to move forward. Pausing a project may impact the project’s priority in Clari Campa Design’s production schedule.

Clari Campa Design makes every effort to source and recommend items with sufficient inventory. In situations where low inventory is available it may be necessary to source a receiving warehouse for storage of items purchased in advance. In this situation, Clari Campa Design will notify the client to obtain approval prior to moving forward, and make every effort to place the order on time to secure the item, based on timely receipt of funds from the client.
